support when "Read More" displaying the_content()

Hey guys-

Great plug-in. I’ve used it with great success on a number of sites.

My question is this- the top of my posts are formatted with pics/videos and text in a certain way to display on other parts of my site. Thus, to grab all the content and not necessarily the featured picture (I’ve added that in before)I changed the_excerpt to the_content.

I’m wondering if there is a way to get PiP to recognize the <!–more–> insert in my text. Effectively using up to “Read More” as a kind of custom excerpt- displaying all text and images/videos up to the <!–more–> tag.
