    Thank you for this plugin. It brings in our Zendesk request form very well. I’d like to create a group using custom fields; however, the custom fields that I need are drop-down fields. Is there any chance that drop-down fields may be supported in the future? Thank you.

    Hi uschesch, I’m glad you have found the plugin useful!

    We are hoping to add dropdown/select fields in a future update asap. I can’t put an exact date on this though unfortunately. It’s definitely something on the roadmap though.

    Dropdowns are now available as part of update 2.3.0 🙂
