On the website says it supports the following languages:

Norwegian, Brazilian, Italian, Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, Persian

I would like to use Brazilian Portuguese, but the translation in wcmp-pt_BR.po file is blank.

My WordPress is already in Portuguese, but the WC Marketplace continues in english.

Is there any place I can download the translation?

    Thank you,
    Vitor

  • Hi Vitor,

Thanks for reaching out. Please ensure that you are using the latest WC Marketplace version i.e, 2.3.5. As just to double confirm I have checked both the wcmp-pt_BR.po and wcmp-pt_BR.mo language files and they are not blanks.

If the issue persist after updating the plugin, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Hello!!

It is this version that I’m using. I downloaded right now to check the file.

I think I expressed myself wrong, the file is not empty, only translations such as these:

    #: ../templates/wcmp-vendor-review-form.php:41
    msgid “Perfect”
    msgstr “”

    #: ../templates/wcmp-vendor-review-form.php:42
    msgid “Good”
    msgstr “”

    #: ../templates/wcmp-vendor-review-form.php:43
    msgid “Average”
    msgstr “”

    Thank you very much!!
    Vitor

Thanks for the clarification Vitor. I better understand your problem now, the language file isn’t properly translated and has many untranslated strings. Do note that all language files are contributions from community members as holding expertise in all language for us is a bit difficult. This many times results in incomplete files which cannot be rectified by us. So we request all our community users to help us with updated files whenever they find a fault.

Let me know if you would like to help us with the rectifications. The process is very easy and shouldn’t take more than an hour or 2.

    Regards,
    Sandeep
