I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t support S3 – if the file URL is publicly accessible then SSP will be able to use it 🙂
Cool, just wasn’t sure if I could paste any URL or if it had to be in the media library.

Very frustrating. I uninstalled/re-installed, disabled other plugins, created a new podcast with an uploaded version (instead of S3).
It sees the specs (length, size), but still throws 404 errors.
