supporting hostname.com + /path

Feature request: I’d love the ability to set a CDN hostname + pre-fix path to all files.

For example

http://mycdn.cdn.com/mydomain.com as the path, so files would end up as

http://mycdn.cdn.com/mydomain.com/wp-content/this.jpg

I have a generic CDN that supports all my domains, and each domain uses it’s relative path within the CDN to load the content.

I tried it with the current version and it clears out what I entered.
