So the voice ai chat widget should only show on the pages where you place the shortcode: [ezhp_voice_agent_widget agent_id=”agent_id_goes_here”], if it is showing up on other pages one possibility might be because you somehow put it on a template page. I checked out the page you put in your support request, which is the home page to your website, but I was unable to see any voice ai widget. I did search for horoscope on your site and found https://bulldogottawa.com/your-daily-horoscope/ I saw that you had the shortcode on there for the horoscope, but you need to define the zodiac sign for it like this: [ezhp_ezhoroscope sign="aquarius" language="en"] (or any other zodiac sign), you can also put the voice agent shortcode on the same page and that way you will see the horoscope and the button for the voice ai below it. Let me know if you need help getting this setup. If you let me help you, I can get your horoscope pages setup, and we can set them up using the new blocks feature so that they better blend in with the design of your site.

Sorry but I’m not understanding. Just to be clear. The horoscope and that chat are two separate components with two separate short codes. So is the idea that we want to have both of these on a page, but be able to suppress the chat using the horoscope short code? If that is the idea, let me know and I will see about getting that into the next version as we don’t currently don’t have that capability.
I found the issue that you described! A fix will be published shortly.
Ok the fix has been uploaded to the repository. The demo agent chat will only display on pages that you put that shortcode on.

There is a fix for that in the repository. Just deactivate and delete the plugin and then reinstall it it from the latest version 2.2.1.3.
