Suppress email based registration

    I am looking for a way to achieve the following:

    1) Enable LinkedIn based registration with manual activation
    2) Disable Email & Password based registration
    3) Ensure Ts & Cs are still displayed for LinkedIn based registration
    4) Display a message stating that an administrator will be in touch
    5) Import and save users profile picture and LinkedIn profile URL

    So far I have only be able to do #1, which was very easy and straight forward. Excellent.

    I have played with the settings for #3 and #4, but these did not have any effect on LinkedIn based registration, while For #2 and #5, there did not appear to be any options.

    Any pointers to achieve the above or even a confirmation if #2 to #5 are even possible will be very useful.
