Suppressing Standard WordPress Nav Menus

I am using the Customer Area plugin with the Weaver Xtreme theme. Weaver offers the capability to suppress standard WP navigation menus, and I am using this capability, with a custom menu in the left sidebar area. However, the menus still show up in the Customer Area pages on the site. Can you point me to a place in the css, template or php where I might turn this off? Thanks for the help, and the excellent plugin, I expect to be using it in quite a few future sites.
