Has anyone else had issue with SureForms not working? Clicking the submit button doesn’t do anything, the date picker won’t pop-up, etc. It is like the form is just static.

SureForms says the issue is with my caching plug-in, I opened a ticket there. But other form plug-ins work just fine, only SureForms doesn’t work?

  • Hi @klngroup , I’m Amruta from SureForms team.

I’ve reviewed the support ticket you had raised and the complete thread thereafter.
First and foremost, thank you for sharing all the details from time to time and also being patient as we looked through the issue.

I know there hasn’t been much luck from reaching out to caching plugin support. I’d like to kindly request you to try another caching plugin once and see it that fixes the issue. We’re positive this will help you overcome your issue. Our team is eager to help, so please do give it a try once and feel free to reach out if the issue still persists.

In the meantime, please know we will also continue to keep an eye out for any dependency that may be causing this issue. We are continuously working on improving SureForms to provide compatibilities for different caching mechanism.

Looking forward to hearing back! Hope you have a great day ahead 🙂

    Best regards!

There is definitely something happening between SureForms and WP Fastest Cache. If I deactivate the cache plug-in or even use another then SureForms works fine.

I’d like to say, I have the SiteGround Speed Optimizer plugin installed on a site, and SureForms did not work with it either, I had to deactivate it. SureForms did, however, work if I was logged in to my admin and testing, but not as a normal user, it wouldn’t go past the first step in my multistep form.

I had to switch cache plug-in or switch form plug-in. SureForms seems to be a little more picky about compatibility. When I logged in as an Admin, the cache was disabled; that could be true with you and why it worked.

I actually got the form to work by turning off the “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” setting.
