Survey creating

    Hello there i’m trying to create a survey on my website that will ask them some questions with pictures and some options
    i tried wp-forms but i didn’t like the layout at all ! , it’s not that modern or cool , it’s just a simple one , ican’t even edit it
    so if there is any other option let me know

    I usually use a forms plugin to create surveys on my clients wordpress sites. My forms plugin of choice is Gravity Forms https://gravityforms.com but WP Forms https://wpforms.com is pretty good too from what I hear. If your only problem with WP Forms is the layout of the survey itself I would suggest writing some custom CSS to change the layout.
