    Hi, I bought the survey plugin. I have created 1 survey and it is not loading on the pages. It just keeps loading. The preview survey don’t goes too.

    The first time I installed it, it worked fine, but the next day the questionnaires were no longer loading.

    It’s possible that there might be a JavaScript conflict on your end, as we’ve noticed that the defer attribute has been added to the JS files.
    See the screenshot below:

    Please try disabling this and check if the issue is resolved.

    Additionally, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

    Thank you for your response.

    I would like to inform you that we have reached our support specialists regarding your case, and they have confirmed that a response was provided to your inquiry two days ago.

    Their response may have ended up in your Spam Folder, so we kindly ask you to check there for our reply.

    However, upon reviewing your case again, we noticed that the defer attribute linking to the JS files has been removed.

    Please note that the survey now loads correctly.
