Survey not synced with WP

    I’ve created survey via advised service, then refreshed wp page, but it didn’t sync at all and my survey is not available on the page.

    I use free version of plugin and 4.7.4 WP.
    What should I do?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Please got to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Surveys’ and ensure that your survey has been selected and enabled?

    Also, please login to your Nimble Squirrel account to ensure that the domain you’re using our plugin on, matches the ‘Allowed Domains’ in Nimble Squirrel to display the respective survey.

    Hi, thanks for resposne.

    I did both actions, but it still shows “No surveys created. Please, create…”
    But I dont understand how it should pair automatically without insterting in my WP embed code. Is “matching” indicator email, as I used a different than used in my WP?

    Hi there

    Please confirm you’ve created a survey on Nimble Squirrel’s dashboard? The surveys are linked based on domain rather than email address.
