suspect SEO request

I have found an external request as: /wp-content/plugins/user-access-manager/js/jquery.tools.min.js?ver=4.1 in my SEO report.
Just want to verify, is it something to call for a vulnerable in the plugin?
The only file in the /js/ directory is “functions.js”
Maybe some botnets are trying to place infected files on that place and others are calling for it.
