Suspicious code found

Hi Gioni

– I am using your plugin for 4 of my sites. and actually working with two to remove any unwanted infected file etc. After the scan i got lots of files with Suspicious code found on high red.
Does it mean that these files are infected, how dangerous, could those files be ignored?

-> Unattended suspicious file
-> Integrity data not found
-> Executable code found

I need to get a better understanding before i contact the developers and raise my concerns.
Also is there i way to fix those errors myself?
Do you have any docs i can have a look at?
