    Hello WhatConvert Support,

I’m currently using the WhatConvert plugin on my website and noticed that it’s loading a script from the following domain:

    https://s.ksrndkehqnwntyxlhgto.com/******.js

This domain appears suspicious due to its random-looking subdomain, and as a result, Google Ads is flagging or disapproving my ads for potential policy violations.

I would like to continue using WhatConvert for tracking, but I need to ensure that all scripts are from verified and trusted sources to stay compliant with Google Ads policies.

Could you please confirm the following:

    1. Is this script and domain officially managed by WhatConvert?
    2. Is there a way to use a safer, branded, or verified domain for this tracking script?
    3. Are there best practices for integrating WhatConvert with Google Ads to avoid disapprovals?
    4. If possible, can the script be hosted locally or loaded from a known WhatConvert CDN?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. The referenced tracking script is the official domain for the WhatConverts tracking script. There have been no reports in the past that this domain has caused any issues with Google Ads. So we would like to make sure the issue is resolved if that is the case. Can you please provide a screenshot showing “Google Ads is flagging or disapproving my ads for potential policy violations” as a result of our tracking script?

    Thanks!

    Hello,
I’ve attached a screenshot of the Request Initiator Chain for your review. It appears that a domain labeled ksrndekhqnvxtykhgo is being flagged, which may be contributing to the issue. I’m not certain if this domain is directly related to the WhatConverts tracking script, so I’d appreciate any clarification you can provide. Please let me know if further details are needed from my side.
