Hello @lmstearn,
I’ve tested the registration form on your website and can confirm the protection works. Please provide me with the email or IP addresses of those users. If you don’t want to share this information publicly, please open a ticket in our support system: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
Thank you.
Hi @amagsumov, here is the email – the number precedes the text:
[email protected]
The username is alicemia345 in one entry and alicemia12 both with name Mia ALice.
Checked here at https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/[email protected]
Not new apparently. 🙂
Thank you.
I analyzed those requests in your anti-spam logs. Most likely, the requests were made manually by real humans, so our system had no reason to block them. If you are sure that those are spam registrations, you can add the sender’s IP and email address to your personal block list. You can find the guide here: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
Also, I recommend you activate the Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library option in the Anti-Spam plugin settings to improve the protection.
Ok, thanks for the H/U, will proceed to remove the entries.
The blacklists page for the address does have:
“Reported as spam, 2 websites attacked”
Make that 3. 🙂
If you have a moment, can you please leave us a review on the WordPress forum? We would greatly appreciate it:
