SVG height and width attribute set incorrectly

    Hello,

    Before I upgraded to the latest version of the plugin the height and width attributes were always set to the intrinsic values of the SVG image. Now they seem to be overwritten with other arbitrary values whenever I load an SVG using wp_get_attachment_image(). This causes the image to always appeared skewed.

    I can fix this using CSS but I would rather the intrinsic values be loaded as the were before.

    What’s going one here?
