Plugin: CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce
Thank you very much, but do you know if it is possible to set the default exchange rate in euros in order to be tied to this price, and in the store to show the currency in hryvnia on all pages, already recalculated? Or should I look for another plugin for this?
Hello,
why not create a new topic? That will be much helpful for you get reply from the author.
I am not the plugin author, but maybe I can answer some questions:
1.google finance is the source of conversion/exchange rate, and you may add a custom percentage based on Google finance, for example, PayPal charge 4 % exchange rate, and you might like add it into your custom rules.
2. Your second question is really confused.
Firstly, you should set Ukriane currency as Store Currency in woocommerce.
secondly, set Ukraine currency as default currency in this plugin, then add other support currency as options, but please make sure your payment method support collecting those currency, otherwise, customer will encounter failure upon placing orders.
You can add any currency like Eur, and the exchange/ conversion rate will based on these setting at 1st step.
Hi,
- Regarding:
where do you get the exchange rate for conversion? Is it possible to set the exchange rate for the National Bank of Ukraine? We get the exchange rate from From Default, Google Finance, Yahoo Finance, Wise, Xe, and Cuex or custom source. If your suggested source supports API, it can be possible.
2. You can set an exchange rate source as the default, currently, the above sources are available. If #1 is solved, you can set the Ukraine currency and 2nd currencies using the selected exchange rate.
Please note that this is a premium feature, and you can request it as a custom feature on our forum.
Best regards.

Hello! Thanks everyone for trying to help me. The question remained because I did not explain well. The price of the product should change automatically when the exchange rate changes: if it costs 50 euros, the buyer will see 1,974 hryvnias. If the exchange rate changes, the price of the product in euros should remain 50 euros, and in hryvnias it should change according to the exchange rate. Therefore, by default, the price should be in euros, and the buyer should see it in hryvnias. Can this be done with a plugin?
@natalya29 Yes, just install it and try. You have to set store currency to euro and display currency for all countries or selected ones to UAH
Hi,
Regarding this question:

+ There are some ways to update the exchange rate: enter the rates, manually update rates, and automatically update the rates. => Yes, when the exchange rate is changed, the 2nd currency must calculate with the new exchange rate.
+ The default price in euros, and the buyers should see hryvnias => I am not sure what you mean, do you mean to hide the default currency?
Best regards.
