Switch to native WordPress Login

Hello.
I’ve had just a few issues with Ultimate Member. So simple that i don’t remember them. So far, my experience has been great. I’ve loved it.
But now because of customer’s reasons, I need to switch back to WordPress native login page with /wp-admin, instead of redirecting to /login.
How could I accomplish this?
