That’s unlikely to happen. Part of the design of the new editor was to make it so that you do not need to switch between visually editing the content vs. directly editing the HTML code. So while you can switch any block to HTML, there’s not likely to be a shortcut for it, because you should not need to do so in order to make the content the way you want it to be.
There is also a whole page code editor, if you do need to get to the raw HTML, and it does have a keyboard shortcut. On Windows, that would be SHIFT-CTRL-ALT-M.
