Switcher opens incorrect page | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello,

I started to use your plugin and it is exactly what I have been searching for. Everything works fine but one issue with switcher:
somehow it shows incorrect page. Instead of showing “home-sk” it shows “kontakt-sk”. I can not find the setup possibility for this.

WP: Version 3.8.1
Polylang: Version 1.4.2
Plugins: couple of additional plugins installed

Page: http://joeconsult.eu/luciacihonova
Problem: click to slovak page (polygang switcher) goes to “http://joeconsult.eu/luciacihonova/kontakt-sk/”
instead of “http://joeconsult.eu/luciacihonova/home-sk/”

Did you link your two home pages together?

My problem is the same one, but it is impossible to link the two pages (“accueil” and “home” pages)
