I created a website that included FooGallery. I liked the layout, so I duplicated that website, but wanted to have it connected to a separate “parent site” account. I can’t upgrade the plugin or create a new account. I have removed the duplicate site from my old account. I have even CLOSED my old FooGallery account through Fremius. I have worked with my hosting company to verify that there is no “left over” from the FooGallery plugin.

I absolutely cannot get the new download to work. It appears to be linked to my old account still.

As info…. They are both used with a sub-domain of the “parent site”.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi @filamcrites,

I sounds like you are having a licensing issue with the paid version, so please contact us via our support channels and we can increase your domain quota for both sub domains, which will solve the problem.

I am therefore going to close the ticket here

Hello, Bradvin! I closed the account where I had the paid version so I am unable to contact support that way. I can no longer log in. I want to open a new account, but I am not able to do so.

    hi @filamcrites

In that case, please email [email protected] with your details including the email you used when you purchased your license, and our support team can help you out. Link to this support ticket in your email, and ask them to increase your site quota to enable the new subdomain. Hopefully that will get your up and running again quickly.
