    If the billing address in the checkout is in Switzerland, Klarna is not displayed as a payment method.

    We have added Switzerland in the Woo backend, but there is no field where we can enter the API.

    We have selected all EU countries. Here Klarna is displayed in the checkout, so the integration is correct.

    What reason could there be for Switzerland not to be approved?

    Hi,

    If you deactivate the “Combine EU credentials” settings you should see a setting for “Credentials for Switzerland” in the Klarna payments plugin settings. If you add your API keys in the “Credentials for Switzerland” setting, is Klarna visible for Switzerland then?

    Have you made sure the currency is correct for Switzerland in the checkout? The currency for Switzerland is CHF, the currency needs to match the selected country for Klarna to be visible.

    If none of above helps, have you made sure your Klarna API keys are configured for Switzerland? I suggest that you contact your Klarna merchant support to make sure.
