    Is there a way to send existing users to Mailchimp? We have over 1000+ users in WordPress prior to this plugin installation and non of them go transferred to MC.

    Just noticed I have to open each user profile and go to the bottom of their profile and change it to “Subscribe to our newsletter” … lot of work lol

    Hi @ayrancd, thanks for reaching out. If you’d like to send all customers on the initial sync you can simply choose that option in the Sync settings when setting up the plugin using this setting.

    Please let us know if you have any other questions, we appreciate you using Mailchimp for Woocommerce.

    @khungate this option is checked and it didn’t work. Nothing got transferred. I had to open each user profile and subscrive them in order to sync
