    Hello Mailchimp For WP support,

I ran a sychronisation between my wordpress site and a single mailinglist on my mailchimp account successfully for a few months. But these last few weeks i noticed that no new subscribers were added to my mailinglist while the amount of subscribers for my website increased.

To verify, I ran the sync from manually and saw that the first two lines in the console-window (on the wordpress website) are:
    {timestamp} Found 114 users
    {timestamp} Fetched 100 users

I also used the ‘mailchimp_sync_options’ hook to check if zome limit was set on the amount of synced users, but there was not.

Can someone confirm if there is a limit to the amount of synced users for non-premium users. And is it 100 users?

    Hello @devvn,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that we have discontinued the “User Sync” plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn. As far are limits are concerned, we are not aware of such restrictions so I would recommend contacting MailChimp.com to get more details.

Later next month we will include user sync features in the premium version of our MC4WP – MailChimp for WordPress plugin”.
