Sync changed user role to default

    We use the Pro version and when we sync a user on site A, the user group on site B ist set to the default group, instead of using the declared groups. We use WooCommerce and for the group management we use the “members”-plugin. We’ve deactivated all other plugins, but still the same fault. Any Idea?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    This applies to free version too, so please answer how to resolve. All editors and admins on all sites was set to “Subscriber” when a new site was added and users “synced”.
