Sync custom merge fields?

    Does the plugin have any plans on being able to sync custom merge fields? The website I’m working on sells insurance policies so it’d be great if we were able to sync the insurance cover end dates to MailChimp so that we know when to email them regarding their renewals. We are already succeeding with this, but we’re doing it via a custom plugin that runs on cron every night so it’s a bit of a pain really.

    Thanks for your post. You’re right. There’s not the capability to sync custom fields with the plugin as it currently stands, though setting up that workaround with your custom plugin running on a cron job sounds like a great alternative.

    I can definitely imagine that more robust syncing would benefit a lot of users. I’m going to pass along your feedback to our team so we can keep this in mind for future updates to the plugin.
