Sync Error

    I was setting up my page as usual and syncing about 110 products from my page to Facebook shop. But the plugin only sync about 70% of my products and now its stop syncing and as i check it always put on this status on Product sync tab: “Your products are syncing – you may safely leave this page 30 items remaining.”. I been waiting for about a week to see if it keep syncing but its not. I have check the diary of the woocommerce status and it show this fatal error: 2021-01-13T07:21:00+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/naturepc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/Products/FBCategories.php on line 47

    Is this the problem that cause my site from syncing? If it is please tell me how to fix this.

    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like based on that error message that your site may have run out of memory trying to sync products and crashed.

    Can you please try deactivating the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, then reactivating it and starting a new Sync from the Facebook for WooCommerce Settings page in the product tab by clicking the Sync button?

    That should hopefully sort things out for you but if it doesn’t please let us know.

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thanks for providing your SSR.

    When I take a look at that I’m seeing you don’t appear to have Facebook for WooCommerce installed anymore.

    Can you try reinstalling it and checking again?
