    I’ve tried to sync my product with the plugin from the woocommerce backend but it doesn’t work. I have all the product online in my shop with a different (and higher) price which is really tedious.

    I understand your products are not syncing to Facebook.

    You can enable logging under Marketing > Facebook, and then try another sync.

    Then please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select the Facebook logs from the dropdown on the right side (If present).

    Be sure to share the logs. Having this information will help us to investigate.

    I’ve disconnected facebook for woocommerce, created another pixel and connect the woocommerce with it. It works now and I’ve flagged “Log plugin events for debugging” that wasn’t active and it’s useful. Thanks for your advice.
