Sync hangs during one category

I’ve messaged previously in your support centre regarding issues I’ve been having with syncing with Shopify, but I haven’t had a reply. Since my original support token, I’ve been able to sync the categories that I need to, except one.
The syncing process just hangs at the below point, and won’t go any further.
