    Hi

    I have Woo COmmerce as my System of Record and have a Sync to Square. I updated to 3.9.0 two days ago and since then have been getting these message in the Sync Log. (This is just a sample, there are many many more the same—-please note all my products are “Simple”)

    I was also trying to create new products in Woo Commerce and it was not syncing like it normally does when adding a new product. It kept shanging the stock count back to 0 no matter what number I put in and saying it was “Out of Stock”. In the product listing in Woo Commerce there was nothing to indicate a stock number.

    I have now rolled back to 3.8.3 because of these issues.

    Please advise if this is an error that is on your list to fix? I can see that others have had similar problems. Are changes to the plugins throroughly fixed before implementation? This is very time consuming and stressful!

  • I’m having similar issues, how can I roll back to the previous version of Square. I upgraded the plugin on Tuesday morning

    Hi @mareestclair,
    There was a bug in Square version 3.9.0 that caused this issue, and I understand that it’s caused inconveniences, especially with regard to inventory sync. Our developers have fixed it and we’re looking forward to its release, likely in the next Square version.


    Hello @mimari – you will want to download the previous version from the bottom of this page – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-square/advanced/. You’ll find a dropdown with different options, and you can download version 3.8.3 and install it on your site.

    Glad to hear it @mimari!
    And just to check, is everything okay on your side as well @mareestclair after updating to Square 4.0.0?
