Sync MailChimp list with user groups from the Groups plugin

Hi,
Is there any way to sync MailChimp list with something else than user roles?
I’m using https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/groups to restrict access to pages based on what group the user belongs to.
Is it possible to use those groups to sync with MailChimp lists?
