    I’m currently facing an issue with this plugin and would love your support.

    I connected my Spreadconnect account with my WooCommerce store exactly as described in the documentation β€” setup went smoothly.

    However, whenever I try to sync a product through this integration, I consistently encounter an error.

    Here’s what happened:

    • I reached out to Spreadconnect support. They initially told me the issue was caused by a custom design file.
    • Following their advice, I updated the design according to their guidelines β€” but the error persisted.
    • I contacted support again. This time, they confirmed that my original files should actually work, asked me to send them over, reviewed them, and handed them back for another attempt.
    • Tried again… Same error.

    There are no error messages in my debug log, nor are any errors visible inside the Spreadconnect app itself.

    Given all of this, it seems the plugin integration itself might not be functioning as intended.
