    Hi, I have two problems:

    1) it does not syndicate all products
    2) for some variable products it takes does not take the main featured image but one of a variant and we do not understand the criteria

    Hi @moforiborere — thank you for reaching out!

    1) Pease share a bit more details for the products that are not syncing:

    • Are you seeing them in the “Synced Products”?
    • Were these items previously excluded from the sync?
    • A few URL of the items that are not being synced

    2) By default, the variations will use the parent’s main image, and fall back to the product gallery if a variation image isn’t assigned.

    The plugin allows you to choose which image a variation will use by default via the variation’s settings:

    If you’re having issues with a particular scenario, please share more information/screenshots so that we can assist you.

    Also, can you send your System Status report and the latest facebook_for_woocommerce log located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs using PasteBin to help us troubleshoot the issue further?

    Hi Marija, and thank you for helping me.

    I have noticed that some (many) products are set to “Sync and hide in catalog” and I am setting them all manually to “Sync and show in catalog”

    Why are they set to hide?

    Then the quick edit does not have the 3 options as in the screen

    Hi @moforiborere ,

    This would happen if these products were previously Excluded from the Catalog via the plugins setup (for example by adding them to the “Exclude categories from sync”, or by individual product/ WooCommerce settings).

    If you want to show the items in your Catalog, you can edit their individual settings (as shown in the first screenshot you shared). You can also try resetting their settings from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Reset all products. Once they have finished resetting, you can re-sync all of the products from the “Product sync” tab.
