synching issue

    So I am using hubspot CRM with Woocommerce. I have the plugin to connect the two but I have a unique stage that does not marry up to a stage in hubspot?
    On the deals section my columns have an additional ‘awaiting prescription’ stage
    which corresponds to an ‘awaiting prescription’ status in Woo. In woo, when the status moves form awaiting prescription to processing… the deal does not move to processing in hubspot. Any ideas? It is like the 2 arent connected/synched

    As per your query, I’d like to tell you that it’s not possible to map custom deal stages in HubSpot as HubSpot doesn’t allow to do so.
