Synchronization never works

    After setting up an account and attaching the blog, the synchronization would never begin processing any of the posts.

    Support just said to try it a few times. After two weeks of trying, no success, no helpful error messages and no response from support.

    Maybe you have several authors on your blog? To synch posts you should login to the admin panel as a user who had written these posts.

    That was it. I have to log on as each author in order to synchronize their content. Will there be a way to synchronize all authors at one time in the future?
