synchronization problem

    Hi

    I installed the plugin and everything configured. No worries on this side (normally …). I imported my user database in a list on mailchimp ..
    Synchronization is well done with woocommerce and on the plugin in WP I can see subscribers 2547 ((woocommerce products and sales too))… I have a new user who has opened an account and therefore he is immediately in the user base of woocommerce. However, despite a sync by the button in the plugin … I remain at the same number of subscribers 🙁
    Did I miss something ?
    plugin in version 2.3.3
    woocommerce version 3.9.2
    version WP 5.3.2

    Hi @petitjedi, out of the box, the plugin is designed to submit customers over to a Mailchimp Audience that checks out of your store; customers are not sent when they simply sign up for an account inside WooCommerce. You may want to look at adding a Mailchimp pop-up form so users can opt-in to your Mailchimp Audience that way.

    Thank you for your answer.
    After turning the module in all directions, I came to this conclusion 🙁
    We use mailchimp on a virtual airline. When registering with this company, it is expressly stated that registration is one of the conditions. Is there a mailchimp module that would synchronize WordPress users with Mailchimp? If not which can you advise me (it becomes a little off topic in this topic and I apologize)

    Hi @petitjedi, unfortunately, I don’t know of a particular plugin off-hand. I would assume there is something out there that could do what you need. If not, you may consider engaging a 3rd party developer to achieve your desired results.
