Hi Tom!
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the trouble.
When you subscribe again to the same feed and it works, this means that the file we generate is correct. Otherwise, re-subscribing wouldn’t fix it.
The issue then is with your calendar app. Some calendar apps won’t refresh the feeds. You need to check in your app settings on how to do that.
Thanks!
Thanks for your answer.
Actually, I have subscribed to other calendars (of the World Cup for example) that work… and here, it works for several days (it synchronizes without any problem) and then crashes one day for no reason. It’s not only on my calendar app (Apple) but also on other subscribers app (Google Agenda and Apple). That’s why I was thinking it could be from the ical.php file.

Hi @ventatto,
Can you pass your ical feed url from this validator please?
https://icalendar.org/validator.html
Thanks,
Savvas
Hi,
It seems fixed for the Apple calendar but definitely doesn’t work for Google calendar.
Thanks to look at it again

Hi @ventatto ,
You need to contact with your app Developer and ask him why the feed is not updated correctly. From SportsPress part, everything is ok with the latest commits.
Thanks,
Savvas
I contacted Google Agenda and when they asked me the link, I verified and saw that it doesn’t work anymore (even on Apple). When I take this one for example — webcal://www.saintlouisbasket.be/calendar/calendrier-perso-14-18-19?feed=sp-ical — which is a calendar from the website that has worked for months, it is written that no calendar has been found…
It seems that there’s still an issue with the link… could you please fix it ?
Thanks

Hi @ventatto,
http://www.saintlouisbasket.be/calendar/calendrier-perso-14-18-19/ returns Error 404 - Not Found. Thats why you are getting a ERROR: This is not a valid feed template..
But I only copy the link given by the “Feeds” box on SportsPress when I am on the editing page of the calendar… Before it worked, why not now anymore ?

Can you share a screenshot of the whole edit page of this calendar please?
Thanks,
Savvas
Here is the widest Screenshot I can send. Is it enough ?
