Hello @forsteps,
Please make sure that the IP addresses of the Security service are not blocked by your site/server.
You can find the list of the Security IP addresses is here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses
Does it help?
Hello @amagsumov,
Does not look to be blocked. I first installed the plugin on the staging site, and it was working. When I installed it on the main site, the key was already used up, so I had to go to the CleanTalk dashboard, delete the staging site, add the main site, and then enter the key manually because it still couldn’t connect automatically.
Does this sequence of events tell us anything?
I also wanted to ask if you could allow using the plugins on both the main and staging sites, so we don’t break things without testing them first.
Thank you

Yes, you can use a single access key on both main and staging sites.
Thank you.
Still doesn’t allow to add a staging subdomain neither form the WP admin nor from the dashboard.
Hello @forsteps
We have received your ticket #50103 and will continue our conversation there.
Hello.
As a result of our communication, we determined that the plugin and access key are functioning correctly. There was a misunderstanding regarding block lists. We have block lists for different services. An IP address may be on the Anti-Spam block list, but may not be on the Security block list.
