    Hello,

    Here is my website: http://www.justinecofoundation.com

Its a multi-languages site, I created the English version and then translated it into French.
I put a donation form in each of the versions (I first created one in the English version and then translated it).
The thing is, the total goal is not synchronizing in the French version.
So far, on the English version, we have the total of the donations (English + French versions = US$440.05), and only the donations made on the French donations form in the French version (US$344.71). The US$100 made in the English version does not appear.

I already used the following procedure:

    – disable the goals on both individual forms

    – use your [give_totals] shortcode on both donations forms.

    Here is the formula I used: [give_totals ids “403, 3514” total_goal = “$50,000” progress_bar = “true”]
Ids 403 being my English donation form, Ids 3514 being the French one.

Can you help me synchronizing the 2 different donations forms please?
Thank you, have a nice day,
    Aurore

  • Hi there,

When I visit your form page, the goal at the bottom of this page displays $440.05 and not $344.71.

What is likely happening here is caching through either your hosting provider or a third-party plugin that needed to be cleared.

If you’re still having trouble seeing the updated value, go ahead and clear the cache and do a hard refresh on the page in your browser. If you’re still having trouble try viewing the page in another browser to see if it clears up.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved, but if there is anything else you need don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks.
