Synchronizing JS Users with WP Users

    Is there a way to synchronize users between the JS help desk and WP Users without a user logging in?

    All users are not agents.

    Agents who create user tickets need the information from WP users to Autofill.

    We are using the professional package of plugins.

    Hi,

    To synchronize WP user, click on Add WP Users

    Admin > Help Desk > Dashboard > Add WP Users (quick link at right side).
