Syncing Excel up with Tablepress

First of all, I may get some of the lingo wrong here. Not exactly an avid programmer, but can usually pick things up with a little forum help. Hopefully you can follow. I don’t know if this is a feature request or if the thing I want to do here already exists, but I hope to find out!

Let my first explain what I do on a daily basis:
I run a subscription based website (procomputergambler.net) where my subscribers will get regular wordpress user profiles to login and view daily “Raw number projections” I publish via manual copy and paste from my offline excel workbooks (so as csv I believe) straight into the manual import backend of ‘Tablepress’

I’ve been doing this every day for years now, and it is quite monotonous and I feel this could be automated by syncing my Excel 2016 sheet within a workbook .xls file to my WordPress server and set up some sort of click of a button daily publishing system. That is, publishing a range of cells with headers directly from Microsoft Excel (2016) straight into a given Tablepress table. (Append and existing one or replace data on an existing one.

Has anyone done this or does anyone know how or if it can be done?
