Hi @siufunzi,
Thank you for contacting us. Please make sure that all your products must have SKUs. Also, please make sure to follow the list shared below.
1) Don’t use special characters inside (Title / Attributes / description / Variations)
(“Ą Ó ź ż Ą Ć Ę Ł Ń Ó Ś Ź Ż ą ć ę ł ń ó ś ź ż õ o͡o ø (){}&%$!@#^*=|:?`~+/<>;”)
2) If adding variations in Square enter like: for example color[red], size[small]
Hello there – yes all products have SKUs. I was also wondering if it’s possible to assign more than 1 category to the same product? will it induce syncing errors?
eg. Plant A will be both ‘pet friendly’ and ‘easy care’ so customers can shop by their preferences. In square we’re only allowed to assign 1 category per item but in WC we can do more than 1. Thank you
Hi @siufunzi,
It looks like one of the plugins is conflicting with “APIExperts Square for WooCommerce” can you please deactivate your plugins one by one to check with which one it is conflicting. Also, Square has the option to sync only 1 category per product.
That’s fine with syncing only 1 category – I just wanted to make sure it doesn’t messes up with my data when I assign the item in multiple categories in WC. would that be possible? Thank you
Hi @siufunzi,
If you select multiple categories in WC and then sync the product only 1 category will be assigned to that product in Square as Square has the option to select only 1 category per product.
Thanks!
