Syncing issues

I work for a community radio station. We’ve recently had our website redeveloped, and swapped out our old, subscription chat forum for SAC. However, we seem to be having teething problems, in that messages posted from our studio frequently do not appear in the SAC chat forum.
We’re using the latest version of WordPress, and accessing the forum using the latest version of Chrome for Windows 10, currently 139.0.7258.155, with no modifications to the settings, and no extensions. Can you help?
Also, we need to be able to delete individual messages and track IP addresses in cases of spam. Is this function available on the free version?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
