    Dear support,

    We’re using the latest version 2.1.9 on a WC with 580+ orders.
    The sync has stopped recently, I tried to force a resync but it doesn’t complete:

    Last Updated: Mon, Aug 27, 2018 9:50 PM

    Account Connected: Daniele Besana

    List Connected: WP-OK Clienti All

    Products Synced: 13

    Orders Synced: 409

    I set the logs to DEBUG but I don’t see errors, it just stop before the latest order.

    How can we troubleshoot this?

    Hi @dabesa, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Can you maybe try a fresh uninstall/reinstall to see if that fixes things? It’s odd that things stopped midstream. Maybe it was a temporary hiccup with your host or something that’s hard to spot on the surface.

    If that doesn’t work, we’ll be glad to troubleshoot further. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @dabesa, just wanted to ping you back to see if you’ve had any luck. Also, we’ve recently found that some folks might have a non-expired lock which needs to be removed; it’s the http_worker_lock site transient. Not 100% sure if that’s your issue, but you might want to try seeing if you can delete that particular site transient and then refresh the page to re-enable the queue.

    The sync eventually finished without further actions, it just took more than 1 day!

    Sounds great Daniele! Yes, on some hosting environments syncing can be faster or slower than others. Glad to hear it finally completed 🙂
