Sorry, we know this process is confusing and we’re working on some improvements to make it simpler!
Here’s the exact sequence that should make it the easiest:
– Go to Shareaholic.com and make sure you are logged into your Shareaholic.com account
– Go back to your Shareaholic plugin settings within your WordPress admin section
– Click the green button on the right that says “Configure Additional Features”
– Since you are already logged into your Shareaholic account from a few minutes earlier, it should automatically pop up a question box that says “Would you like to link this website to a Shareaholic account?”
– Click “Link Now”
After doing this you should be done!
However, what you may have also done is created additional site ID’s in your Shareaholic.com account that you don’t need. You can delete these extra site ID’s by clicking “Settings” and then clicking the “X” button to delete them.

I deleted all the extra entries but now it’s really crazy.
When I try to Configure Additional Settings it says the site is already verified but when I go to My Sites it’s not even in the list.
SOOOO frustrating.
