Would you tell us a bit more on why you are looking to sync certain products?

While you can’t control WooSync which products to sync, you can filter CRM Contacts by Product Tags.

To do that, first, you can configure WooSync settings to automatically add Woo item tags in Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Woo Sync:

Then, you can use Segments or Quick Filter to filter Contacts by tags:
