    Hello,

Your plugin worked perfectly well, all items were synchronised automatically without any problem. Now I have freshed the plugin for the new 3.5.3 and now for the 3.5.4 version. The synchronisation is stoped. The new plugin created a totally new feed into the facebook, every product sets etc are doubled and the synchronisation is stoped. I have to start the synchronisation manually in the wp plugin, as the feed does not work, it says that there is no connection. The feed was created by the plugin, so I do not understand why it is not working, and it is strange that I can make the synchronization only manually.

Please, help me what is the problem with the plugin.

    Thanks, Diotima

Hi Diotima – thanks for reaching out!

    Please try the following:

    • Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Delete the connection from the plugin’s page
    • Delete the plugin
    • Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
    • Reinstall and reconnect the plugin
    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog button and wait for the products to be completely removed from your catalog before re-syncing them

If the issue persists, please share the following using PasteBin:

    • Your system status report
    • The newest facebook_for_woocommerce log from WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    • Any plugin-related entries in your debug.log

    Kind regards,
    Marija

    Dear Marija,

You cannot think this seriously. Many advertisement in the Facebook are based on the Product Sets, if I cancel all the plugins and settings, everything will be lost what we are worked for years. I use this plugin years ago without any problem, now because of the wrong plugin freshing, everything should be stoped and cancelled and I should start everything from the zero??? These advertisements “learnt” a lot during the years, if I cancel the plugin and the products, I have to start everything from the beginning. Why don’t you amend the plugin to work properly??

    Thanks

    Hi @diotima83 ,

Reinstalling and reconnecting the plugin won’t affect anything in your Commerce Manager (including products and product sets) – it just means the plugin will briefly lose the connection to the page, which you can re-establish when you install and connect the plugin again.

If you don’t feel comfortable deleting the products, you can just remove the connection and reconnect to your page, and then try to manually delete and resync the products.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

Hi @diotima83 – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?

If so, please try reinstalling and reconnecting the plugin (by deleting the connection from the plugin page, and removing the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools). Then, reinstall and reconnect the plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Marija
