Syntax error

Hello,
I am getting this error/notice.

SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘

Any way I can fix? I am not inclined at this time to turning off error notices for this. If you can tell me which file is creating this syntax error I can update my files until you update yours. Please advise. Thank you.
