Syntax Error and Strange issues…

    I completed the install and first attempted to import a Blogger blog. Nothing would happen – at the bottom internet explorer I was getting the message “Done, with errors on page” and the listed error is a “Syntax Error”.

    My other issue that I think is related. I am able to publish a post and it shows up properly when I look at my site – but on the WP post interface – the only way I can see the text is if I highlight it. Otherwise, it’s apparently white on white and I can’t see it.

    Every page I go to on the WP admin site I get an error at the bottom. Any suggestions!??

    have you upoloaded ALL the files? have you confirmed that they are all there?

    have you disabled ALL of your plugins to rule out plugin conflicts?

    Thanks for your reply. I just finished confirming that all files are there. I haven’t yet activated any plugins. Any ideas on next steps?

    Would it help to see what errors I’m getting on different pages?

    My FTP site gives me two uploading options. One is ASCII and one is Binary. I am going to re-upload the files with ASCII selected and not binary and see what happens….
